"Chris was extremely helpful by lending me a temporary car when my previous car was not safe to drive. He made the entire frustrating process of being without a car much more tolerable situation. I was able to keep up with my Graduate school classes and nannying responsiblities without any interruption. He had the people in the service dept. assess the damage to my previous car in a timely fashion, and helped me figure out which new toyota I was truly interested in leasing. (Created a verbal pro- and con- list with me).He walked me through the financial aspect of the whole process, was extremely courteous to my father (the co-signer), and my mother when they were there the day of acquiring the new rav4.
